I think you need a bit more understanding of some of the basics : P
While you are animating, you need to consider always moving all of the joints (the red dots and the orange one) in every frame, even if it is a mere pixel. This at the start will probably look shaky, but uppon practice that is fixed and it looks way more fluid than it should be ewe
Also, remember that movements always start slow, accelerate, and end slow, its called easing and its a trick so the animations dont look shaky : P
That and, the foot, always make at least one joint of the foot to stay in the exact same pixel it was before, you can use the arrow keys to move the articulations 1 pixel, so that should serve a lot : )

Keep it up!

Thank you for the advice! I'll learn from it!

Needs easing. The run, the landing is very choppy.

The stick figure is very stiff, you are only moving the certain parts of the body. You need to animate every part of the body and think of it as a separate object that are connected with each other. Just keep animating!

Make the poses clear. Still very stiff and lacks easing.

I recommend you to start following some of the really good tutorials on darkdemon and trying to replicate the animations in the examples. This way you can compare your results and see what you need to improve on.

Remember to have fun :)
