So you say you will but you never do, what you will have to do to improve is:

Find an animator who you like (above the rank of intermediate) and who has a lot of animations with piv. download links.
Download his animation, open it and open up your own fresh pivot animation file.
Put them side to side and go frame by frame copying each frame so it looks like the other aninators animation.
After doing so you will have a better grip and basic understanding of animating correctly.

I really hope you do as I said, don't just reply with "Ok, I will ! xDxDxDxDxD" but actually do as I said. You will improve because you will spot some new things and you will understand what you did wrong in your older animations.

Sry for bad english, I hope you get what I meant.
