While you are animating, you need to consider always moving all of the joints (the red dots and the orange one) in every frame, even if it is a mere pixel. This at the start will probably look shaky, but uppon practice that is fixed and it looks way more fluid than it should be ewe
Also, remember that movements always start slow, accelerate, and end slow, its called easing and its a trick so the animations dont look shaky : P
That and, the foot, always make at least one joint of the foot to stay in the exact same pixel it was before, you can use the arrow keys to move the articulations 1 pixel, so that should serve a lot : )
