med - high beginner, everything is powerless
anticipate more and have more follow through, believe it or not effects don't always add power

so this animation is probably not about power... right ?
just hold the pose and then when he charged up he releases the power with a big bang. That is how you animate power/anticipation.
also you got some nice stuff and seem to have some experience in the basics. Keep those up dude!

gud guy, you have understand the spacing but there is no anticipation, this stick is great, look's nice,
the head is a little weird, keep it up :)
