Your stickmans have broken bones? That is your style of animating? Or wtf is that?
anyway, you should try more concentrate to movements, for beginning is good to make some simple movements like running, walking, punching and e.t.c, after that you could add stuff like backgrounds and effects to your animation. (Just my advice)
