The new one has an old-school feel to it that I like. The zooming-in part was bad-ass and the movements looked good at the start. However, it was a bit stiff at the end when the movement stopped suddenly, so it could be better with easing applied there.

The newest looks good, especially at the start, but making the movements stop abruptly doesn't look as good. I don't know if you're trying a particular style or breaking the rules to be unique, but you need to get the fundamentals down before trying something complex like that. When your animations look good it's High Beginner. Ease more, space consistently, keep at it and you'll see major improvements.

I think you are doing great you just have to work on actually making the movement more detailed, you have good animations but they lack that detail and focus on the movements, I think you could make great content if you took more time on every move you do.
Check some more animations from higher ranks and check the tutorial section from time to time and you'll be great.
Keep it up !
