It's not bad, though it had a lot of shakiness. I suggest you concentrate on the flow of a single movement and move the stick with proper spacing. Shakiness often occurs when there are differences in the spacing of a single movement.

you still need some improvement, try to practice with just quick small animations, first before diving in to complex ones.

That's not bad at all, it looks good actually. Just a minor shakiness and stiffness, fix it dude it usually caused by the easing. Keep it up.
