You have to export the animation from pivot as a gif. Once you've done that then you can upload the gif to an image hosting website like https://imgur.com/.

Then once you've uploaded your gif, right click the animated gif and click "Copy image location" and then if you want to share it here you have to use the BBCodes. So something like this:
