alright, so here's the first thing. i have literally no idea what to do. i'm really discouraged, every tutorial is literally broken and everyone else is too lazy to make new ones, and everytime someone gives cnc they basically have no idea what they're saying, and they're literally telling people what forum to look at when they haven't even looked at it themselves. dead domains like i.minus.com, and filz.us; are absolutely terrible. can you guys just like, delete the threads or something?

seriously. thedarkdemon is basically a place that follows the rule of "if you're here earlier, then yay. if you join after 2014, then you're absolutely screwed and it's impossible for you to learn on your own, and it takes weeks before someone comes and gives cnc on your thread. i nearly gave up, and checked my thread one last time before i gave up on animation altogether.

i'm asking for a mentor. if nobody can teach me, then i see no reason to continue animation. it's a shame how i see people's animations and I just look at mine, and i feel like crying from the cringe. it's also a shame how i've been here for less than a month, and i'm about to quit. i'm really hopeless, aren't i?

whatever. i can't punch, and i can't do anything related to making my animations look good. i've been animating for four years, and there hasn't been any improvement. and i'm seeing people's other animatons from 2014, and then i see their 2016 animations, and it's like watching sifter's animations, dude. i really wanna be like him, but i'm not gonna be able to live for a century.

Ok, you want constructive critism (curse my spelling) you get it. All right, first i would recommend Mitch's tutorial. There is a lot of stuff there.
Second, you got to work on the poses. They look lazy. Third work on the stiffness, how stiff your characters are makes the animations look like you didn't put effort at all. Fourth, your reactions. And fifth, you gotta work on the easing there. The characters are moving at the same rate.
This is how i see it.
1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
It should be like this.
1-1--1---1----1----1---1--1-1
That way, it looks much better. That's all i can give you.

they are stiff and the way to fix that is thinking of your stickman as if they are boneless they cant make sudden stops

And there are tons of tutorial outside TDD (just find some on YouTube)
You said you've been animating for 4 years, so how much time did you spend on ANIMATING, huh (seriously, PRACTICE)
