A lot better than my first, haha

just work on the basic shit
-easing
-spacing

I would recommend just practicing the total basic, like moving a ball to learn easing.
Then I would recommend practicing with only 1 stick.

Even though this isn't much help, try to read this.

Something i would recomend is not just rotating the sword make the hands look like they are rotating the sword :p

i suppose you should first look around a bit on the tutorials.. im sure you will become a great animator, but you gotta start with the basics :P
