That looks nice, but I agree that it's short. It looks a little floppy for a punch. Some anticipation, like putting his arm behind him, would add more power to the animation. Right now it looks like he just raises his arm up. It's got some nice smoothness to it though.

Your movements are smooth and clearly understandable, your poses are also pretty accurate.
Make a longer animation, with more content so you can be judged a bit better.
