You have unique ideas, those animations will be tons better if you improve on the basics. Read up some tuts, and work on eliminating your choppiness.

First thing I notice is your shakiness. There's a lot of unsteadiness in your animations. Try and keep the flow going in one direction and solid. Easing would be a big help in rounding out the basics as well.

Your run animation was quite good, as it possessed good flow and poses, which will help a lot later on. Your poses are quire good and you show a lot of promise. Keep working and refining, and you'll be set.

Nice animations. You're getting better. You have some natural talent, but you still need to work on stiffness. The stick figures look stiff like actual sticks and that's not how people nor stick figures should move/look. Once you fix that, you'll be coolio manes.
