You're posing needs to be better, that will make it easier for you to execute movements better. An example would be the pose the thick figure has at the end of the animation, it looks painful.
Keep trying though.

Hmmm, maybe the run loop should be worked on a little.

I would adjust the speed of the second guys run. His leg movements look slower than the SIMON operator, but the SIMON guy is moving slower. Flow doesn't match up. I suppose just move the legs quicker on second guy.
Look gnarly, though. You're pretty rad with guns.

I agree. The run loop was the hardest thing to do, but I'll work on it next time I do one.

New animation up...well, a required school assignment, but it's something. A scene out of Great Expectations, by Charles Dickens, modernized and animated. CC would be appreciated for this.
