This animation was actually pretty alright, it could of been nicer without the double framing in my opinion, it makes it look choppy.
After he kicked the yellow guy, he was really stiff, move the legs and arms more. I'll come back with an example soon.

I personally think that a lot of your anims would be better without the double framing.
Plus, that kick did NOT look powerful enough to knock Styrx's head off. There should've been a lot more buildup.
But I like your style. Medium-beginner. =)

Bend the back more and wind up big hits more ie the last kick aswell as try to flow into poses a bit more, stop + go = bad
spacing just needs to be a bit slower and it'd look pretty guchi

I'm wondering if "Meh" was good enough to thread. Stronger poses on the new run loop, and it'll be almost almost sorta perfect =)

Back leg needs to move in a little bit more consistent motion, read Jojishi's spacing tutorial. Front leg is good, maybe needs more height. The head and origin movements are well animated actually, but the arms movements looks pretty weird. The poses look awkward, mostly because that base is off, the back is too long in relation to the legs.
