I'm not sure if you were going for slow motion or were trying to cover up a spacing issue or what, but I think it looks better without it.

You might also want to add more power to the second kick. The arm movements are pretty good. The base is pretty weird, though.

If you are going to do something like that, I suggest that the hole has more jagged edges instead of perfectly strait ones. It would also be nice if you tried to finish with the guy running out of the hole, just to work a bit on commitment to an animation. (lol an area that I am terrible in)
