i like that horse animation, the run looks pretty nice but when itt transforms, try to make 2 wings. not 1.
just add another wing moving exacly the same but slightly to the left ot right. (and make it a darker color ofcourse.

hmm other then the legs I can't really follow the arm movements.
Think you could smoothen it?

In terms of the run loop I'd definitely recommend videoing yourself running, or looking up youtube videos of people running. The guy should be leant more forward from the waist up, as it stands it's way too rigid. There should be a bit of a level change, he's running afterall and not floating and the head should follow this level change and not stay completely stationary.
The arms currently don't look like they're aiding in the run at all, the arms should be used to build momentum into the next stride.
It doesn't look too bad as it is, but keep practicing and you'll get better and it'll look more natural.
