2 things:
1. The body should have moved along with the arms because of the momentum carried by the arms as well as muscle control.(you could use double framig, if you like.
2. Would be much appriciated if you've shown something finished rather than a work in progress assuming this is nothing but a short animation.

Seriously, I was animating someone getting up for a joint, and it turned into that lol.

Rimidalv, you really need to work on the muscle control, it looks like like he's only using his arms at the beginning, move his back a little, and when he throws the ball, you could probably include some legs. I liked the rest of it.
