Oi, I'm digging the animation with Quote, as he's one of my favorite game characters. I'm actually considering doing a Cave Story animation myself, but I don't really animate, haha.

Cool stuff though, you should try to capture the essence of the game's style a bit more though, as it doesn't seem a lot like the game itself. Even Pivot allows you to follow a certain style if you push for it.

Thanks a bunch man, I completely see what you mean. I have the game myself and it's not like Quote spins around and does flips in the game, but I felt like I needed to add my own style to it. Perhaps I overdid it, I'll try to keep it a bit more true to the game next time I do something like this! ;P

You really need to change the fps and make the image a bit smaller. It looks very slow like that. I guess it'd look great if you change it.

Well, you've posted too many animations for me to effectively criticize each. You're style overall is showing minor improvement but nothing significant, you've just started easing a little better. You're previous stuff was a little choppy at times and it was really noticeable. You still have an odd way of carrying momentum (i.e. The figure's torso moves but you tend not to take that last step to balance out the figure). Your stuff is getting better though, keep it up.

P.S. I really like this one.
