I don't know why but I had to giggle, those fast punches/reactions looked kinda funny. :D but I like the speed of it, and the ending were nice.

it overall looks a bit stop and go-ish, you could improve your flow by trying to combine certain moves, like the origin joint (the origin joint could move more smooth, since it isnt that much affected of the punches)

I would add more types of punches in to make it interesting tho lol
ShadowLith: 450 frames
Katana guy vs big sword dude: 84 frames
pyro vs setto: i think its like 890 frames or something idfk

Besides the basics, you need to work on your poses. Basically your positioning is really stiff while the arms are just flailing, so it looks really weak. you want your stick's positioning to be solid when throwing the punch, and his whole body to be in motion or at least on a dynamic stance when throwing the punch to avoid them looking like just flails or slaps.

I really like those poses. I think you really need to push yourself to fix the stiffness. Each segment has to move both in relation to the onion skin and in relation to the rest of the body in each frame. Really focus on that in your next animation. Just try to nail the basics completely.
