In my opinion, Specter needs to improve on his overall spacing just a little bit more before I would feel fully comfortable for him being an intermediate. 7th day's spacing is a bit better and so are his overall poses, I would consider him to be a tiny bit higher in the ranks than Specter at the moment.
An opinion is an opinion, people judge and rank animations on different things, some people prefer good spacing, some people prefer entertainment, etc. When somebody is so close to a rank, it is hard to judge because you could be a bit picky on some of the aspects that others wouldn't be... Some of you might like the pace of Specters animations, which would encourage you more to think he is at an intermediate standard, some of you may like overall spacing a little bit more, therefore you would think he is nearly there.
Just because you think something different to another doesn't mean you are right, or the other person is right. You judge by your taste, so don't argue with somebody else who has different taste.
Enough of this argument guys.

Again, congratulations on Intermediate Specter. WORK ON THAT SPACING!!
