I'm gonna say what I think about some of your animations. I'm no expert, but it probably won't hurt.

This animation is just stunning, great job. Everything seems to flow really properly. The only real issue I could find was when the lighter stickman hit the wall, he bounced properly and all, but he stopped moving really suddenly. That's so easy to fix though, that I don't even need to say what you need to do, since all the rest of the animation is done properly in that department. Honestly, everything else flows amazingly well.

This is so amazing that I'm actually surprised you're still in the Beginners Hall. I've only found one "issue", if it's even right to call that an issue. The stickman performed a rather fast backflip, and assuming he has the mass of a normal human being, he would desacelerate more slowly. It didn't seem like he had to put too much force in it just so he wouldn't fall, even though he performed a surprisingly fast backflip, so he could take some more frames to desacelerate. But other than that, this animation is superb.

The other ones are really amazing, and I can't seem to find any real issues. Again, I have no idea why you are in the Beginners Hall, because you are an amazing animator.

I'm not a fan of your more recent style, there was a point in the transition that was pretty good, you had a better spacing but your easing was still great. On your newests your change of directions are sudden and your easing is barely there, so build ups and stops look really bad. Never thought I'd tell YOU to fix your easing but you really need to start working on it.
http://i.artangle.net/f/f7V.gif This was your peak, definitely your best and the rest aren't nearly as good. You were really reaching intermediate there but after that you started stepping back.
