So... is this like a joint, but everyone does their thing seperately and you slap 'em together in the end? What's gonna be the dimensions? I might join.

you will be given a pivot file once your turn comes on which you'll animate, it is a joint and you do have to wait for a turn. So the dimensions are the ones of the file that Valtus sends.
