~ The Beginners' Joint! ~
Objective
There is a balloon that says "Intermediates". Each of the beginners' bases are trying to catch the balloon but can't ever seem to get it/ or if they catch the balloon something happens that makes them lose it.
Keep in mind, we want the animation to keep going so try and make sure the balloon is always moving like this
*Note this isn't the balloon we are using its just an example
Rules
- Beginners Only
- Animate at least 30 frames when you get the animation
- Do not pop the balloon
- Don't show, or export the animation as a gif. Screenshots are fine
- Pass the animation back to me only when finished.
- Don't edit anyone else's part unless given permission
- No pornography/sexual content
If you receive the joint, and don't respond within a week you will be skipped.
If you want to animate more comment and I'll add you on the list a second time (unlimited)
And for music, I haven't got any ideas as of right now so if anyone has a suggestion DC and I would love to hear it. Eventually if we are stuck between a few songs I'll add a poll..

I can surely Flash this one for you, if you wanna. Though, i don't have anything to show what I'm capable of. Hope that will be okay with you. Also, animating at least twice rule is uncalled for. That would keep participants away. With that being said, i wish you best luck on this.
