very. we want an animation with quality, story and length. most animations with a cool story will need to have at least some kind of a background, and at the very least, a background will make for some more interesting visuals

If i remember well, the 3 finalists of BBODD 4 were all promoted to inters, and the move up was because of their respective entry.
