very. we want an animation with quality, story and length. most animations with a cool story will need to have at least some kind of a background, and at the very least, a background will make for some more interesting visuals

Another question... (sorry dude)... Can we use other people's sprites, and if some animations are good enough to go to inners, will more than one person be promoted? :P

If i remember well, the 3 finalists of BBODD 4 were all promoted to inters, and the move up was because of their respective entry.
