I'll join (no guarantees for anything good because this would be the first time I've made a stick not including the base I use) :).
Are we allowed to make multiple sticks that go along with each other? It wouldn't be as nice if everything was monochromatic.

will spices can be judged too? I mean, I want to demonstrate my stick (e.g. Base, robots) on a .gif or .piv file and add effects, and if the outcome looks cool, will the whole outcome be judged? Or still presented just by one frame?

Do we have to provide some explanation to the judges on how the stickfigure might work, or they have to guess everything by looking at the red dots ?

No explanation, one of the things you're being judged on is functionality and having to explain how your stick works can severely damage your chances of advancing.

EDIT: Actually, it depends. If you're doing some sort of complex thing like a transformer or something, then you can make an animation demonstrating the functionality of it. If it's a simple figure, please restrain from making an animation.
