So Gary, This is a clan still right because it would still be like a community inside of another. Is there a limit to who can join? Because i do have to make a VERY HARD Decision to leave Rising Sun. I really need these questions answered.

Due to the closure of the RS clan on this forums,
I have chosen to stay with the RS clan. So I no longer want to join this clan
