Animate a stick concentrating heavily its energy (aura, etc), and hitting something with this charge.

I think "Breathe" and "cardiac arrest" should give the same amount of PP, just sayin'

Added. I also moved Breathe up to 8 PP not 10, cause animating a cardiac arrest is fairly harder to do then choking.
