I'd say only give the person 2 - 3 days to animate something so it actually doesn't fail.
Unless they are animating something amazing, only 2 - 3 days.

I'd like to participate, as long as I don't have to make 50 frames within 3 days : p
I have 10 hour shifts, so I am not sure if 3 days would be enough- It might be possible that I get the piv when i have 3 shifts straight, I couldn't animate then :/
