These are awesome man. Extremely creative stuff. Will any of these be making an appearance in your Christmas special animation? I like them a lot.

There's 4 of them in the Christmas Special, I'll have to add sound to it though to make it feel right. XD
I might ask Amir to do it.

Re: LordPivot's Factory - Comet - TEST DRAWING

Postby Lord » Wed Jan 07, 2015 4:09 pm

I tried to use a metal-like image that I searched up as the texture of the tank, it was just a test but I'm not sure if it's worth doing. I'll try one more like this and then revert to the older method. took about 2 hours. enjoy.

Lol,no not a pencil. :D

I actually used to draw them on my old PC but now I'm using my new laptop so the past couple of vehicles have been done on the laptop.
I use Glass2k, Paint, and the image to copy from. I draw the hull, turret, wheels etc. separately. Then I bring them into Pivot and assemble the whole thing.

Re: LordPivot's Factory - Mega Tanks WW2 - A39 Tortoise

Postby Lord » Sun Jan 11, 2015 4:25 am

My first series of vehicles, the Mega Tanks of WW2, starting with the British A39 Tortoise, enjoy.
A39 Tortoise
Work started on it in 1944 and only 6 prototypes were made of the vehicle. The Allies needed tanks capable of breaking through the Siegfried Line, this was one of the tanks proposed. It was reliable as a good gun platform but was far too hard to transport and agonisingly slow at 6km/h
off road. Enjoy.

Re: LordPivot's Factory - Mega Tanks WW2 - TOG II*

Postby Lord » Sat Jan 17, 2015 3:53 am

I keep forgetting about this thread, here's the last of the British Mega Tanks of WW2, the TOG II*

TOG II*
The TOG II* was created in case Northern France turned into a battlefield of trenches of mud. This never happened, although the vehicle did undergo successful trials in May 1943. Only 1 prototype exists. Enjoy.

Re: LordPivot's Factory - Mega Tanks WW2 -Panzerkampfwagen E

Postby Lord » Mon Jan 19, 2015 2:04 pm

Starting the Nazi Mega Tanks of WW2. These are by far my favourites.
Also, just to note, these vehicles don't have to be built to make it onto the series, even blueprints or less than that can be included.

Panzerkampfwagen E-100
Nazi super heavy tank of WW2, the heaviest of the Entwicklung series of vehicles and a parallel development to the Maus.
1 partial prototype was complete by the time the Allies found it in 1945. Enjoy.
