Those 2 threads specify 2 different things, plus these threads are always fun anyway.

Sharpshooter - based god.
Cwoke - had a very appealing style with maybe a [LITTLE] too much emphasis on BG detail as opposed to BG interaction.
Mitchez - Little more aesthetically simple but his cinematic were the best.
Picto - Not much to say, really well rounded dude.
Mars - slightly more modernized version of the above style, had some seriously underrated DDC's

Pretty much all the animators I like fit into that same niche and have similar styles.

Uhm, these are the ones who popped right into my mind.
Jojishi-he's my personal favorite because of his attention to detail and his animation style, nice and smooth.
Mitch-BG god. 'nuff said.
Coweetie-one of the most creative pivoters in this site.
Waffles- he's pretty creative too. And his stickmaking skills are top notch. One big project can be his ticket to veteran.

I like the rest of the animators alike because they're all good in their own way.

Yeah, Olix Flix and I are basically the same level.

H bomb : (was) top notch, with good plots.
DDx15 : Recently did a bunch of excellent stuff over a lot of different themes.
Coweetie : unexpectable, catchy style.
