Trouble with Downloading Pivot Beta

I tried to download Pivot 4.2.2 beta, but Chrome blocked it, saying that it may harm my browsing experience. To get around this, I disabled phishing and malware protection in Chrome, but then it just said that it couldn't find the file. Any help?

When I download it it just never finishes, persistent problems to the downloads it seems
