I don't know who made the transparency circle but it would have been either BN, Tan, or OblivionFall. Also, why are you using a transparency circle? Are you using Pivot 4? Pivot 4 has an opacity slider so that made the transparent circle stick pretty much obsolete.
Blademaster made the base in the top right of the first image.
Cressel made the base in the bottom middle of the first image.

He's saying that the transparency circle is useless in Pivot 4 because you can make anything transparent anyways.
