How can I know the level of my animation? and How will be I am promoted?

Just keep posting animations in your thread by using the 'edit'-tool in your original thread. Then just try to get some criticism by either asking courtesy after commenting on someone else's thread ('haha nice anims. courtesy?' won't suffice). Or you can PM a rank team member to have a look at your thread. Then just hope you get a lot of comments.

It might also be an idea to have a poll up in your thread asking for a rank.
