Automated Voice Acting?

I was wondering if anyone in this forum knew any website programs that spoke for you and you can download and use the recording.
If you're confused this video is a great example of what I'm talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUVAgALs2Nc

It's called TTS or text-to-speech. If you just type that in google you can probably find a program to download. Otherwise you can just use the online ones like this.

Edit: Here is one where you can download the file afterwards.
