Med inter, maybe high. I think your development is kinda halted at times due to not animating too far from your comfort zone.

In terms of backgrounds, use of space and cinematics you could be Elite. As for movements, I haven't seen a whole lately but I'll say somewhere around medium Veteran.

Medium inter, maybe high. I think you should try and deviate from your comfort zone a little bit, which is odd to say because your comfort zone is completely based around whacky animations that should be uncomfortable to animate. So basically try something standard and focus more on execution than concept and you'll have a shot at vet.

Borderline flawless movements. Particularly your flow, you can do fucking absurdly tricky movements and still manage to link them up.

When you finish your most recent projects Im sure people will agree that your pretty close if not Elite, but from what I've seen so far Id say med-high vets
