My main sports are juggling and rock climbing. Both of these require me to stay light and strong at the same time. My adult weight has always been between 60-62kg and I'm 172cm (don't ask me for imperial measurements). I mainly work out by doing rock climbing, but also body weight exercises such as pullups, pushups and leg raises. I can do a one arm pullup and a front lever, both of which are useful for climbing. I sometimes do some weights to train for juggling. This is normally fairly light weights but at high speed and high reps. I also used to juggle with wrist weights on to build strength and endurance. I do running and cycling for cardiovascular exercise.

I prefer the metric system.

I'm 1.87m tall and weigh 76kg. I can safely lift my own weight.

As for sports, I play soccer as a goalkeeper.

jesus christ i haven't gone to the gym in a while
140, 5'8
Max Bench: 85 lbs
Max Chest Press: Probably 30
Max Shoulder Press: Probably 50, I can do like 150+ lbs worth of shrugs continuously
Max Squat: Not much, really. Maybe somewhere around 150?
Fastest Mile: 7:30

Really weak, but I haven't gone to the gym in a while. My mile time's probably improved, just haven't run in a while.
My strongest muscles are my calves but I can't really tell what my max is cuz I usually lift like 400+ on the machines and they don't go higher than that.

Yeah super surprised that there is a teacher for it around here. I've actually thought about going into cage fighting for a while too, underground stuff, not that UFC stuff but more underground

I started Taekwondo in 2004, quit in 2008 after having my black belt for a year. I started going to the gym in 2011 but quit in 2013 because I didn't enjoy it anymore. I haven't exercised much lately, but I've made a change the past 4 days. I've went for 20 minute walks which isn't much, but I have to take things easy at first considering my health isn't the best. I'll gradually increase this over time and maybe start running as well. I was thinking of getting back into Taekwondo too, but not for a few months at least.

Speaking of my health I've been eating extremely healthy lately. Normally my diet's healthy going by an average person's standards, but now I've cut out most processed foods, salt and sugar from my diet. The only sugar I get is from fruit. I've cut out red meat from my diet. I drink only water, but I'll have milk in my cereal. I don't do any drugs.
