Oh yeah, if I remember correctly, Radium wanted to be on the staff team for ages. But yeah, it was pretty dumb of me not realising that volunteering was what he was calling arrogant, and also at the time I was only 8 months fresh so it was actually arrogant. It'd be a bit like Amir asking. Mind, I had a large post count, I must have been pretty active (y)

-Watching multi-lockons easytoon animations on youtube.
-Learning about a forum called TaL, that Xman created.
-Being promoted to a Moderator there.
-Running the forum together for a few months with Xman and Condog.
-Finding out about DarkDemon and realizing how many talented pivot animators were there.
-Posting my animations there and getting positive feedback to help me improve.
-Meeting people like Arch (Mat), Behemoth, Kellawgs, Yogurt, Nice Pants, Jojishi and many more.
-Being caught off guard by Doug's voice and Ryan's voice cracks. <3
-Making it to intermediate.
-Posting rotoscoped animations and saying they weren't rotoscoped.
-Being caught by Pyro Mecha.
-Starting off as a new beginner all over again.
-Reaching intermediate without rotoscoping.
-Being a part of the DarkDemon FFA and winning the first round.
-Making it into the Shadow Lithium competition.
-Being a part of the Staff vs Regulars competition.
-Being promoted to Veteran.
-Was suggested to be Rank Team by mitch (I think).
-Helped out voting on move up threads and posted around the site as Animation Team for about 6 months.
-Realized how much of an unreasonable guy DA is.
-Voted to be an administrator when the majority of the staff moved to AA.
-Picking out an entirely new staff.
-Running Animator.net for 6 months along side of Lush and the new staff.
-Finally got everyone to agree on moving to a new website.
-Having someone as great as Juke create the new forum.
-With the help of the staff, transferring the entire community to the new site.
-And most of all having everyone here pitch in to help make the site look as great as it does now.
