Also there haven't been many rank downs for Intermediates/Veterans, why don't we have some of those since Spectre obviously isn't intermediate when other are who don't seem to be as qualified as him?

There's nothing to "wow" about. You might think some people aren't intermediate standard in you're opinion, but Spectre's move up was denied by a majority no vote by the staff.

There's no point making another move up thread, just because you think he is ready, 10 days after his original move up.

I'd say leave it a month or if he updates with another 3 or 4 new animations.

I had no idea there had been a previous move up thread, but his body of work is clearly at an intermediate standard.

Why does he have to make 3-4 more animations, he has around 4 animations in his thread already that are up to an intermediate standard so I'm not understanding whats so inconsistent about it.....

No they're not. If his most recent one (with the editing he has done), were up when the thread was made, then it would've been accepted. Since that is not the case. I personally stated to Specter that if his next animation is deemed intermediate quality by myself, I would see about a move-up. The only reason that it was denied in the first place is because he was inconsistent in his animation quality level. The most recent of specters animations, blatantly shows clear intermediate movements throughout. There just needs to be another update. Also keep in mind, It's animation. It should be fun, and something fun. If gaining ranks is fun for you, so be it. But ranks shouldn't be the only thing that matter.
