Please ban this guy, I don't think there's anyone here who doesn't get really annoyed by his presence.

He hasn't broken any rules from what I can see, apart from spamming a few times. I can warn him about his behaviour but if we start banning people because they're annoying it will seem over the top. I don't want to go down that path since I don't think he realises it and that when it comes to things like this it is hard to know where to draw the line. I'd say just ignore him. There should be a block feature if he really bothers you.

He's bumped several threads, keeps one-word posting, has been called out on it more than several times, but still continues doing what he does. I'd say a ban is definitely in order. I'm no implying that he should get permanently banned, but I think a 24H break would do him very good.
