Acrobatics reference thread

After my recent epic failure in acrobatics in the beginners chat I've been looking for some good acrobatics videos to base my animations off.
I have almost no experience in acrobatics in pivot or real life so I can't really tell what sort of 'moves' I'm looking for.

Please post some videos or whatever of some basic - complex acrobatics moves here. :)

Not a good reference though. The quality isn't the greatest in that animation.

Yeah, I'm looking for real life acrobatics here. I don't know what the moves and flips are actually called so I have no clue what to say I'm looking for. :(
