Ok so in school I took two fitness courses, both focus on weight lifting, health, and cardio. So far I have really taken a liking to seeing myself progress. When I first started I couldn't lift the bar on the bench, that was almost a month ago.

So please, tell me if you are active at the gym, do sports, pretty much anything related to fitness, and if you want you can post your max weight on whatever. For me:

144 pounds.
5"10'
Max bench: 100lbs 3 reps (Just did that today, very happy with myself)
Max Chest press: 280lbs
Max shoulder press: 50lbs (I have weak shoulders)
Max dumbbell bench: 35lbs each arm.

Please tell me what YOU do. <3

My arms can't take over 10 Kg. Mentally, I can lift a lot of weight, but my body is just too weak. Whenever I'm lifting something as heavy as a printer, my arms tend to shake by themselves afterwards. I can't even hold a tiny spoon properly if that is to happen. I can't even beat my younger brother on arm wrestling ffs

god, at taekwondo we do some really tough stuff. I'm not particularly strong, but my strength to weight ratio is incredible.

During the summer I have to help my dad in the fields with choppin' trees. Not a proper workout but I'm pretty toned in the biceps after it all.
Edit: In school at the end of every term we have to do a shuttle-run test (a.k.a bleep test, run of 20 meters), at the start of 1st year I scored a 4.5, my most recent, a 7.3
The average is about 7.6 so I'm not very fit. :)

I'm really not into sports, but I always ace those bleep-tests single handed.

Haven't done fitness in quite a long time, but I really want to get back into it. It's hard for me when I don't actually have to show up though.

Yeah I tried to start going to my local gym but I just kept skipping work outs, so I took the classes so I'm forced to go haha.

130lb, 5"8'
Max bench was 100lb, but that was like a year and a half ago. Haven't lifted weights in some time :/
Dumbell max 30lb each arm. Didn't do the other shit.
Bleep test? Dafuq is that?
Last year, however, an ex-buddy and I used to run 2+ miles per day 5 days a week, so that got me in shape. Can run a mile in 6:44. My metabolism must be out of wack because I can't gain weight for shit.

The bleep-test is a test where you have to run a short distance within a certain time-frame. The bleep indicates when you can take off and you should have run the distance if it bleeps again. The time in between the bleeps get shorter and shorter, forcing you to run faster and faster. You can drop out at any time, but the longer you stay in, the higher you get graded.

We used to have the bleep test too. I thought it was pretty common. I didn't do too bad, probably about average. I used to be pretty fast at running but I didn't have that much endurance.

I enjoy walking a lot and I like to climb mountains, but I don't go to the gym or anything, and I don't have much interest in sport.

Very weak biceps, normal triceps, strong legs, good soulders, bad endurance.

Also, i have to walk 30 minutes everyday because i can easily reach school in foot, which is my unique daily physical activity.
