Chat of sorts?

Hey idk if this exists, but the mods should create an IRC of sorts, so active users like myself and others, who have nothing else to do can go on it and chat with each other.
We could discuss current animations we're working on, discuss tips and help each other out. I understand it might not be super active with users, but it would be a nice alternative to making a post and waiting to just chat it up ya know. I guess it would be like the showoff thread, one for beginners, int, and vets etc.?

There is one, for VIP's (I think). But it's gone to waste, no one uses it.

Damn. An IRC would be sweet. And even if you were willing to buy VIP or whatever to get it, I doubt there'd be many VIPs in it to begin with.

I think there is a TDD group in skype, which you could join, or make an own group though. :)

To be fair though, the IRC chat is pretty shitty. I can't express how much I would prefer something like we had on the old DD, only with a activity counter that actually worked.
