What is TISFAT?

I was just searching through the Debate section, when somebody mentioned tweening in tisfat. Is this some kind of stickfigure animation software that is old and not used anymore?

Yea, basically. If I'm correct, it only used tweens, but no one uses it anymore.

This guy is the only one I know who really uses it, and even he isn't very active anymore.
I tried it one time; seems more trouble than it's worth. The way the other segments move when you move one is an interesting concept, though. It takes away some control, but does help to prevent stiffness.
