I finished week 3 day 2 last night, going alright. Fairly tough but not over the top, plus the rest time helps a lot. Things are looking hopeful at the moment really. (cheesygrin

100 push ups without a break? geez i was able to do 40 2 yrs ago. And back then I was pretty well trained.
Now I'm not sure if I'll be able to beat 30
But sounds interesting. I'll see how many I can really do tomorrow and then start right away :)

day 1 week 4; had trouble reaching my max for the last set, i collapsed at 19, but i did another 16 after a short break, to make up for it. this is mostly because of the numbers, but also because i insist on having good form right to the end, i do taekwondo (interrupts rest periods) and because i currently have a minor chest infection. have noticed some gains tho. good shit, good fun, feels good.

edit: am currently too ill too function effectively. im going to restart week 4 entirely, from monday, when i will probably feel better.

So how are you guys doing, give me some updates.

I decided to start doing this myself, with the knowledge that I won't be able to pull it off in the set weeks they gave me. I've been doing push-ups before and figured I might as well start using the sets that some more expertised people would advise.
