im doing this challenge as of tomorrow morning. anyone wanna do it with me? its a 6 week course and by the end of it, if you do it properly, and dont give up and you JUST DO IT, you should be able to do 100 pushups. sounds p cool, and its good fitness too so why not. you only need 3 days a week, and about 10 mins out of each of those days. the challenge is V TOUGH so are you prepared?
Initial test
this is the initial test you do, to see how many you can currently do. to correctly do the test, and to do proper pressups, hands should be about 1 shoulder-width apart, your back should be completely straight and your chest should be about 2 inches from the floor (minimum!!) when you're down. when your knees touch the floor, or when you collapse, is when the test ends. I just did the test a few minutes ago, managed 27 pressups.
