Why has the chat been removed?

i remember there was a mini chat window at the bottom right corner of the website but it isnt there anymore, why was it removed? do you have an external chat page like the old one?

The chat just stopped working one day, but it was rarely used either way from what I could find. It should be replaced with a link to the Discord which is a million times better and more active than the old chat ever was.
