Oh yeah that's rust. Try to make smoother animations, and ease. But don't over ease. Just think about real life situations, under certain animation circumstances.

Take your time to learn to ease the movements.
But don't ease everything, or it'll be stop&go. find a way to chain the movements and you'll find the key to flow.
