AGK anime ended before the manga, so no source material to base the ending on. The ending actually didn't have any loose ends remaining partly because **MASSIVE SPOILER**
Spoiler:
Literally everyone dies except the title character and the mega-bust chain smoker

Just know the ending resolved everything, but not the way the manga artist/writer may have intended.
