Thanks. There's more than one anime, I used Hyouka, 5 Centimetres Per Second, Toradora, Kokoro Connect and Clannad After Story.

Ah, that explains why the style seemed very recognizable and some fragments, Makato Shinkai has a great knack for visual stunning.
